Description

The SGM3842 is designed for powering AMOLED displays which requires VELVDD, VELVSS, VAVDD and VDVDD.

The device integrates two Boost converters, VO1 for VELVDD and VO3 for VAVDD, a dual-phase inverting Buck-Boost converter VO2 for VELVSS and a Buck converter VO4 for VDVDD.

SGM3842 Quad-Output 1A AMOLED Display Power Supply GENERAL DESCRIPTION The SGM3842 is designed for powering AMOLED displays which requires VELVDD, VELVSS, VAVDD and VDVDD. The device integrates two Boost converters, VO1 for VELVDD and VO3 for VAVDD, a dual-phase inverting Buck-Boost converter VO2 for VELVSS and a Buck converter VO4 for VDVDD. Output voltages of all the four converters can be programmed in digital steps through the digital interface control pins (SWIRE1 & SWIRE2). The SGM3842 is available in a Green WLCSP-2.5×2.942B package.
